BAFS 2025: Faster, Standardized Forensic Imaging Workflows with ForenScope Systems

BAFS 2025 ForenScope

ForenScope participated in the Balkan Academy of Forensic Sciences (BAFS) event, presenting live demonstrations of contactless latent fingerprint detection and superspectral imaging technologies. Throughout the event, demonstrations were conducted using ForenScope’s own prepared samples, ensuring consistency and repeatability.

The live workflows highlighted powder-free and chemical-free operations built on standardized, high-resolution imaging processes. These optimized workflows clearly demonstrated how forensic operations can be performed up to four times faster, without compromising evidence integrity.

Beyond detection, the showcased systems emphasized audit-ready reporting, preservation of chain of custody, and the generation of defensible results that seamlessly extend from the crime scene to the laboratory. This end-to-end approach reflected the growing need for speed, accuracy, and procedural reliability in modern forensic investigations.

ForenScope thanks all professionals who visited the stand and shared valuable operational insights. BAFS once again proved to be a strong platform for meaningful technical exchange within the forensic science community.
