We attended the 2020 Symposium on Forensic Papilloscopy in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil!
Forensic Papilloscopy is a branch of Forensic Science dealing with human identification through dermal papillae (fingerprints). The event was carried out through a collaboration between UERJ (University of the State of Rio de Janeiro), APPOL (Association of Police Papilloscopists) Rio de Janeiro) and the For.Sci Institute.
The symposium consisted of a cycle of lectures and round tables. We are glad to have been part of this successful and productive event and to have connected with all field professionals we met there.
