Corporate Compliance & Ethics Framework
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This Code of Business Conduct (the “Code”) defines the ethical principles and standards of conduct expected from all employees, directors, managers, consultants, interns, and any third parties acting on behalf of Forenscope Scientific Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. (“Forenscope”). The purpose of this Code is to promote a lawful, ethical, transparent, and responsible business culture across all global operations.

3. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS
Forenscope is committed to full compliance with all applicable local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards in the countries where it operates. All employees and business partners are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulatory frameworks relevant to their roles.
4. ETHICAL CONDUCT AND HONESTY
- Honesty, fairness, and good faith are fundamental principles in all business relationships.
- False, misleading, or inaccurate statements, records, or reports are strictly prohibited.
- Fraud, corruption, bribery, and any form of unethical conduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances
5. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with the legitimate interests of Forenscope.
- No improper advantage may be obtained through family members, close relationships, or personal interests.
- Any actual or potential conflict of interest must be promptly disclosed to management for appropriate resolution
6. ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION
Forenscope applies a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption, strictly adhering to global anticorruption frameworks including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act, and applicable Turkish laws.
- No improper payments, kickbacks, benefits, or advantages may be offered or accepted, whether directly or indirectly.
- Interactions with public officials, government agencies, and private-sector representatives must fully comply with applicable anti-corruption laws
7. GIFTS, HOSPITALITY, AND ENTERTAINMENT
- Gifts or hospitality intended to inappropriately influence business decisions are strictly prohibited.
- Modest, symbolic, and customary gifts or hospitality may be accepted or offered only if compliant with company policies and local laws.
- When in doubt, prior written approval from management must be obtained
8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND INFORMATION SECURITY
- All non-public information relating to Forenscope, including trade secrets, technical data, R&D information, customer data, and business partner information, is strictly confidential.
- Confidential information must not be disclosed to unauthorized persons or used for personal benefit.
- Personal data must be processed and protected in accordance with our Global Data Protection & Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, KVKK).
9. SCIENTIFIC INTEGRITY AND IMPARTIALITY IN FORENSIC SCIENCES
Given Forenscope’s critical role in the advancement of forensic sciences:
- Scientific accuracy, objectivity, and absolute professional ethics are essential.
- Test results, technical opinions, and reports must never be influenced by commercial, political, or personal pressures.
- Product claims and technical representations must be accurate, verifiable, and strictly evidence-based
10. HUMAN RIGHTS, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY, AND WORKPLACE CONDUCT
- Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

11. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
Forenscope is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment.
- Employees must comply with all occupational health and safety rules and procedures.
- Unsafe conditions, hazards, or incidents must be reported immediately
12. PROTECTION AND PROPER USE OF COMPANY ASSETS
- Company assets, including equipment, devices, IT systems, and intellectual property, must be used solely for legitimate business purposes.
- Misuse, waste, or unauthorized use of company assets is expressly prohibited.
13. FAIR COMPETITION AND ANTITRUST COMPLIANCE
- Anti-competitive practices, price-fixing, market manipulation, or unfair agreements are strictly prohibited.
- Employees must compete fairly and refrain from making false or misleading statements about competitors.
14. GLOBAL TRADE, EXPORT CONTROLS, AND SANCTIONS
As a global provider of advanced forensic technologies, Forenscope strictly adheres to all applicable national and international export controls, customs laws, and economic sanctions. Employees and authorized distributors must ensure that our products and technologies are not exported, re-exported, or transferred to prohibited destinations, restricted entities, or for unauthorized end-uses in violation of applicable trade laws.
15. REPORTING VIOLATIONS AND NON-RETALIATION
- Any suspected violation of this Code, company policies, or the law must be reported to management or via our dedicated legal and compliance channel at legal@forenscope.com.
- Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited and constitutes a separate disciplinary offense
16. ENFORCEMENT AND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination of employment or contractual relationships, and may also lead to civil or criminal legal action where applicable.
17. EFFECTIVENESS AND UPDATES
This Code of Business Conduct enters into force upon approval by Forenscope management and may be reviewed and updated when necessary to reflect changes in legal or operational environments.
