Malaysia became one of the first locations to receive DocEx M2, the next-generation version of our widely used DocEx MSC tablet, with thousands of units deployed worldwide.
During our visit, we worked with highly skilled professionals whose technical knowledge and precise questions made every session particularly valuable. Their interest focused on the system’s wide spectral range, intuitive operation and suitability for a variety of document examination applications.
DocEx M2’s mobility was another important point of interest. Professionals are drawn not only to its compact and transportable structure, but also to the fact that this mobility does not come at the expense of examination quality. The system brings advanced document examination capabilities into a much more practical format, without requiring the extensive space typically occupied by conventional laboratory equipment.
Auto Smart Search attracted particular attention by allowing users to move efficiently between illumination and filter combinations. The effectiveness of the transmitted lights integrated into the specialised copy stand also stood out, especially when examining security features and concealed details within different document samples.
The participants approached the system with curiosity and a strong willingness to learn. By the end of the sessions, everyone was able to operate DocEx M2 confidently and use its principal examination functions independently.
