In Pursuit of Invisible Traces: ForenScope in Luxembourg

ForenScope representatives at Luxembourg 2026 showcasing forensic imaging and fingerprint technology

ForenScope participated in an event held in Luxembourg from October 7–9, 2026, bringing together fingerprint professionals to showcase its technologies and gain firsthand insights into real-world field requirements.

During the event, ForenScope introduced its 8K Android, Laser & Atomizer, Contactless LITE, SuperSpectral FORCE, CSI Pro 3, and HyybridSpectral systems. Live demonstrations focused particularly on fingerprint imaging on challenging surfaces and the visualization of latent fingerprints.

Laser & Atomizer stood out for its performance on challenging surfaces, while the new 2D software of CSI Pro 3 attracted attention for its ease of use. Portability, rapid processing, and the ability to convert 3D fingerprints into 2D images were among the key features that captured participants’ interest.

The event also highlighted important field requirements, including remote scanning and fingerprint visualization without the use of chemicals or powders.

One particularly noteworthy demonstration involved a fingerprint sample brought by a participating fingerprint expert. Although the sample had been left for an entire day and some of its details had become less distinct, certain fingerprint features could still be visualized, making it a particularly interesting practical demonstration.

The event provided a valuable opportunity for ForenScope to connect with fingerprint professionals, better understand real-world field requirements, and gather meaningful feedback to support future applications and technological developments.
