Our visit to Ghana highlighted a challenge shared by forensic and law enforcement professionals worldwide: the need for reliable technologies that can deliver clear results while supporting practical, efficient workflows. Throughout the event, visitors recognised how ForenScope systems could address these common operational requirements and adapt to a wide range of forensic applications.
Held in Accra from July 7–10, 2026, the event brought us together with senior representatives and high-ranking law enforcement professionals from Liberia, Nigeria, Ghana and many other countries. These valuable discussions gave us the opportunity to better understand regional priorities, exchange professional experience and demonstrate how modern forensic technology can support faster and more effective examinations.
One of the most memorable moments came when a Ghanaian visitor returned the following day with counterfeit banknotes and their genuine counterparts for a live comparison. The examination produced remarkable results and led to an insightful discussion about banknote security features and counterfeit detection.
Beyond the demonstrations, what made our visit truly special was the hospitality, warmth and genuine interest shown by our Ghanaian visitors. Their openness and enthusiasm created an ideal environment for meaningful conversations and new professional connections.
We leave Accra with valuable insights, strong relationships and an even greater commitment to supporting law enforcement and forensic institutions throughout Africa.
