Innovation and History

Technologies that are followed, not those that follow

Science evolves not on the path of followers, but on the trail blazed by leaders. Yesterday is the teacher of today. It is impossible to make new discoveries or inventions without stepping outside conventional ideas.

ForenScope adheres to these principles while developing new technologies and constantly questions its current progress. It advances with the goal of establishing new definitions and concepts.

This journey of innovation, marked by the success of being a “World First” in many products, began in 2002.

Made in ForenScope

Made in ForenScope

Integrated Engineering and Manufacturing Power

Since 2002, ForenScope has operated as the primary architect and lead manufacturer of innovative “all-in-one” systems. The vast majority of the core components and critical system parts that form our technologies are manufactured to high standards within ForenScope.

From industrial design to electronic assembly (PCBA), all critical components and the integrated system software that optimizes them are developed by our R&D team.

Integrated Software Architecture and R&D Capability

Integrated Software Architecture and R&D Capability

The primary strength of our systems lies in the simultaneous design of hardware and embedded software architecture.

Our expert software team configures complex algorithms in full harmony with hardware components to ensure maximum system integrity.

Based on field feedback… we successfully integrate high-precision specialized projects such as AFIS (Automatic Fingerprint Identification System) and biometric data processing solutions into our system architecture.

High-Performance Sensors

High-Performance Sensors

ForenScope Systems utilize high-performance sensors customized by our R&D team to capture consistent evidence even in challenging environments.

The mainboard PCB design, Capture Card PCB design, and the PCBA assembly of these fully customized camera sensors are performed in-house.

Each sensor is calibrated by our testing team to maintain color accuracy, signal stability, and low-noise detail visualization.

Full-Range Precision Optical Lenses

Full-Range Precision Optical Lenses

We manufacture these lenses with high transmittance across a wide spectrum range of 180 nm–2000 nm to visualize evidence that cannot be detected with conventional cameras.

The selection of optical materials, mechanical design, and precision manufacturing processes for these specialized lenses—featuring High Transmission Coatings and optimized for ForenScope sensors—are carried out within our company.

ForenScope Handheld Terminals

Precision Sensor Technology for Real-Time, High-Resolution Imaging in Mobile Forensic, Forensic Medical, and Aesthetic Fields

ForenScope Handheld Terminals

Handheld Terminals (Tablet / Smartphone)

Instead of standard commercial devices, ForenScope produces its own “Handheld Terminals” equipped with superspectral and multispectral cameras, developed through million-dollar R&D investments.

These devices, with dimensions ranging from 5.5 to 8.8 inches and 5G/4G connectivity for data transfer, do not include end-user features such as phone calls, VoIP, or standard “Google” services.

Technically categorized as “Handheld Terminals” due to their hardware and software architectures, these systems are referred to by users as “ForenScope Tablets / Smartphones” because of their ease of use and physical dimensions.

These specialized devices produced under the ForenScope brand are never sold to end-users as standalone products, and it is impossible to source these technological features from global brands.

ForenScope Handheld Terminals utilize cameras with high-pixel sensors ranging from 48MP to 200MP*, capable of superspectral and multispectral imaging in the 315-1100nm ±20nm UV/VIS/IR wavelengths developed by our R&D team.

In 2026, ForenScope launched the SuperSpectral FORCE, equipped with a camera featuring the world’s first 200MP SuperSpectral sensor.

Enabling real-time high-resolution forensic investigation through 4K video and RAW photo recording capabilities, these specialized devices are offered with Pro Mode support, featuring manual camera settings such as Exposure, Gain, and Shutter Speed for professional users.

Motorized High-Speed Optical Filter Wheel Systems

Motorized High-Speed Optical Filter Wheel Systems

ForenScope performs the end-to-end design and production processes, including system architecture, of the advanced Motorized High-Speed Optical Filter Wheel solutions developed for our complex optical analysis and imaging systems.

All technical drawings, spectral characteristics, and band-range optimizations for critical filter components in our portfolio, such as Narrow Band Pass, Band Pass, Long Pass, and UV-VIS-IR, are engineered in line with our unique engineering discipline.

Our fully automated systems, offering fast transition times and superior stability, are optimized to meet the most demanding optical requirements.

All system integration, from electronic control circuits to mechanical stabilization components, is completed by us. For filter production, we work on an ODM model with our global partners who are specialists in thin-film coating. This collaboration ensures that the high-precision filters we design are realized with international standards of surface quality and maximum transmission efficiency.

Advanced Optical Lighting and Spectral Engineering

Advanced Optical Lighting and Spectral Engineering

The lighting architecture used in our imaging systems is a product of ForenScope engineering, from design to production.

All technical drawings of these specialized LEDs, which operate in spectral bands with narrowed peak values down to a tolerance range of ±3 nm, are created by our R&D team.

We ensure light focusing and homogeneous distribution through our proprietary high-reflectivity reflector systems and heatsinks that maximize thermal efficiency.

Our lighting systems, operating in full synchronization with our high-performance 4th generation battery technology, maximize atomic-level excitation, providing high fluorescence on the inspected surface and, consequently, high image clarity.

With this integrated approach, we transform theoretical data into a measurable advantage in the field.

Electronic PCB Design and PCBA Process Management

Electronic PCB Design and PCBA Process Management

All electronic design (PCB Design) and component assembly (PCBA – Printed Circuit Board Assembly) processes of all ForenScope systems, including customized camera sensor architectures and mainboard units, are carried out in-house.

For high-volume projects of 200 units or more requiring fast lead times, we utilize accredited production lines with the necessary certifications under our full engineering supervision. Thanks to this hybrid model, we manage our production processes across all stages—up to thousands of units—without compromising on quality standards.

Engineering for Uninterrupted Performance

Engineering for Uninterrupted Performance

Next-Generation Battery Technologies

To meet the high-intensity light output and long-term operational stability requirements of ForenScope systems, we have been developing our own battery technologies since 2016. The 4th Generation Battery Systems, which we launched as of 2026, are our most advanced solution, optimized through over a decade of field experience and user feedback.

To ensure full compatibility in system integration and to prevent nanometric fluctuations in LED outputs, we conduct all processes in-house, including battery management software (BMS) and PCB designs. Every detail, from the basic device architecture to critical components, is manufactured under ForenScope’s high quality standards and absolute engineering control.

Global Technology Network and the “Made in ForenScope” Production Vision

Global Technology Network and the “Made in ForenScope” Production Vision

To manufacture the advanced technology systems we develop to high standards, numerous specific components are used that cannot be sourced from a single country.

Therefore, we source the highly specific components used in the production of our systems from over 100 accredited suppliers located in countries such as the USA, Turkey, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, China, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. This strategic approach allows us to consolidate ForenScope’s unique engineering architecture with advanced material technologies on a global scale.

Ultimately, we define every product—where all industrial design, critical production stages, and final system integration take place entirely under ForenScope supervision—with the “Made in ForenScope” seal as an indicator of our technological independence.
