ForenScope Joins ID4Africa, the Continent’s Largest Digital Identity Conference

From May 12 to 15, we traveled to Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, to attend the ID4Africa 2026 conference the continent’s leading summit for identity technology. Hosted at the expansive Parc des Expositions under the theme “Digital Identity: Digital Public Ecosystems,” this year’s event focused on shaping the future of digital transformation and public security. At ForenScope, we brought our cutting-edge technologies to the table, addressing the most critical pillar of this transformation: the need for absolute precision in the field.

Throughout the conference, our booth saw incredible engagement from Africa’s forensic science community and public security experts. The undisputed star of our lineup was Forenscan the world’s first 200-megapixel, mobile, and contactless 3D fingerprint scanner. By completely rewriting the rules of criminal investigation, it takes biometric identification and data collection to an entirely new level. Its contactless scanning technology preserves evidence integrity flawlessly, documenting even the finest crime scene details in high-resolution 3D within seconds.

Beyond Forenscan, our broader forensic ecosystem, including the SuperSpectral family and the SAFE ULTRA, also drew significant interest. We were thrilled to demonstrate that the vision of building “trusted digital public ecosystems” a core focus at ID4Africarelies heavily on the ability to collect rapid, reliable, and flawless physical data directly from the field.

A huge thank you to everyone in Côte d’Ivoire and all the ID4Africa attendees for their insightful questions, genuine interest in our solutions, and wonderful hospitality. We are proud to continue bringing our innovations to forensic professionals worldwide.

Keep an eye on our channels to see where our global event schedule takes us next and to catch the latest updates on our upcoming technologies.
